Legal Escrow and Arbitration Services Limited is the second largest escrow provider in the UK and our aim is to provide a high quality niche legal service to our clients at an affordable price. We act for over 200 local and central government organizations, as well as FTSE 100 companies in the private sector.  With over 20 years experience of software contract negotiations and legal expertise LE&AS' was ideally suited to understand the needs and complexities of putting together an equitable agreement that would support all parties.

Our structure provides inherent flexibility, allowing us to rapidly respond, delivering specialist packages to organisations from smaller niche software providers to government bodies and international groups.
